Each piece is handcrafted on a made-to-order basis. Please allow 4–6 weeks for your order to be fulfilled. Please refer to the table below for delivery windows and shipping rates based on your region.

Made to Measure
This piece is offered as a fully bespoke, made-to-measure commission. Please contact us or email sales@miramaktabi.com to book your consultation and fitting, and to discuss fabric choices and personalisation. Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the piece and will be confirmed with you directly following your consultation.

Taxes & Duties:

Because we are currently a non-VAT registered business, all prices for our UK customers are clear and direct; no sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.

International Shipping (No Hidden Fees)

To make your order as effortless as possible, we take care of international customs upfront:

  • All-Inclusive Checkout: Local taxes and import duties are calculated automatically and displayed clearly in your shopping bag.

  • Doorstep Delivery: We ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means the total you pay at checkout is completely final; there are no surprise fees, additional taxes, or customs payments required upon delivery.


Additional Information

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) from our UK warehouse, excluding Lebanon.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • We do not currently ship to the following countries: Russia, Ukraine, Libya, Yemen, Occupied Palestine, Somalia, and Sudan.

  • Delivery windows are estimates provided by our courier and are not guaranteed; some destinations may experience delays beyond our control.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or amend the delivery address. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@miramaktabi.com so we can assist with a claim through our courier.


Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • National strikes or operational halts within the destination country (including postal or courier delays).

  • Customs refusal or delay resulting from the customer's late or incomplete VAT/tax payment.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer at checkout (including address, postal code, or contact number errors).

  • Force majeure events such as weather disruptions, natural disasters, or political instability.
