Mira Maktabi is a London-based Lebanese womenswear designer who founded her eponymous label in 2025 with the vision of creating a wardrobe for the woman she aspires to be. Defined by impeccable silks and sculptural suiting wools, the brand shapes elegant, architectural silhouettes designed for women who move through life with confidence, strength, and presence.

Born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon, Mira grew up surrounded by her family’s handmade Persian rug business, inheriting a deep respect for craftsmanship, detail, and artistry passed down through generations. The brand’s ethos is bold yet uncompromisingly elegant: garments that balance strength and softness, structure and fluidity, elegance and attitude. Designed for women of all ages, Mira Maktabi’s clothes empower their wearer to be seen and heard, commanding presence with ease, confidence, and freedom of movement.

Every creation is crafted to last, both in quality and in style. Mira Maktabi’s graduate collection debuted at London Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2024. Since then, the brand has been featured in numerous publications, with Mira interviewed by The New York Times and Vogue, among others. In November 2025, the exhibition “Threads of Impact,” celebrating seven years of Fashion Trust Arabia at M7, selected a look from Mira Maktabi’s debut collection to be showcased as part of the exhibition.
