Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the UK only. We are working on worldwide shipping and will be sure to update you as soon as it becomes available. UK shipping is free.

How long does it take to receive my order?
All our pieces are made to order in London, crafted especially for you. Preorder items are typically dispatched within 4 weeks.

What materials do you use?
We carefully select the finest, sustainable materials, including Savile Row wool, fine silk, and modal sourced from renewable wood pulp. We minimize the use of synthetics to protect the environment and promote wellbeing. Each item includes detailed information about composition and care, and all materials are ethically sourced wherever possible.

How should I care for my garments?
Care instructions are specified for each garment to ensure your piece remains in perfect condition. 

Can I return or exchange my order?
As each item is made to order specifically for you, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges. If you are unsure about your size or fit, please contact us,  we would be delighted to help guide you.

Can I request a custom or alternate color piece?
Yes, we would be delighted to create a custom or special piece for you. Slight changes, such as alternate colors or fabrics, are subject to availability. Made-to-order customizations carry a 20-30% surcharge on top of the retail price, depending on the level of customization. Please contact us to discuss your request.
